i spent my work day organizing bananas into boxes. i counted them to pass the time. there was exactly 2086 bananas. There would have been 2090 but 4 were moldy so they don’t count. 6.5 (average) bananas per bunch. 16 bunches per box. 8 bunches per flat. 315 bunches. 39 flats. 20 boxes. (i sold 1 flat, you see…)
